For parents, teens & schools

Social media, built for presence.

Tribela is a social and entertainment app where young people can discover, create and connect — without being pushed to scroll endlessly, perform publicly or stay online longer than they intended.

It’s still social. It’s still entertaining. It’s simply designed with greater respect for the person using it.

Open Tribela. Feel the difference.

Your feed has an end. Videos do not begin without you. Likes are not a public scoreboard. And before anything is shared, you choose exactly who can see it.

These may sound like small changes. Together, they create a completely different kind of social experience.

01

Your feed has an end

Tribela does not use infinite scroll. Clear stopping points create natural moments to pause, look up or choose what to do next. The app does not decide when you are finished. You do.

02

Nothing plays without you

Videos do not autoplay. Starting the next piece of content is an intentional choice — not something that happens before you have time to think.

03

Creativity without the scoreboard

Tribela removes public like counts and other public performance measures. Young people can create, experiment and share without every post becoming a visible test of popularity.

04

You choose who sees you

Every post can be shared with Only You, Connections or Public. The audience is chosen before you post, and it can be changed at any time. Privacy is part of sharing — not a setting hidden somewhere else.

Less performance. More personal interest.

Tribela is shaped around the interests, creators and communities a young person chooses — not simply whatever is most controversial or viral.

There is room for entertainment, creativity, learning, communities and longer-form content. The goal is not to remove what young people enjoy about social media. It is to remove unnecessary pressure and return more control to them.

Safety built beneath the experience

01

Age-appropriate from the start

Tribela accounts are for ages 13 and over, and the app uses age-aware defaults. The App Store's 9+ rating describes content suitability, not the minimum registration age. Younger members begin with a more protected experience rather than the same environment as adults.

02

Age-aware moderation

Moderation considers age, context and level of risk. AI-supported systems work alongside human review to identify harmful content without applying the same blunt filter to every user and every situation.

03

Privacy by design

Clear privacy controls and intentional sharing are built throughout Tribela. Young people should be able to understand who can see their content without navigating complicated settings.

04

Safety supported by experts

Tribela works with K-ID on youth compliance and age-assurance requirements in the UK and Australia, helping us build evolving youth-safety standards directly into the product.

Why it matters

For teens

More freedom to explore, create and connect without constant public comparison.

For parents

Age-aware safeguards, clearer privacy choices and fewer design mechanics intended to hold attention.

For schools

A more responsible social environment that supports creativity, digital wellbeing and thoughtful online participation.

Social media should fit into a young person’s life — not take it over.

No infinite scroll. No autoplay. No public popularity contest. More choice. More control. More room to be present.
