Founder & CEO
Drawing from over 20 years of experience in media and a track record of leading award-winning projects, Natalie leads Tribela as founder and CEO. She created the platform to offer a safer, more empowering digital space for teens—one that prioritizes privacy, safety, and user autonomy. Natalie is assembling a mission-driven team to help redefine the digital future for the next generation.
Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
With over a decade of experience at Meta, Pinterest, and Amazon, Sakshi has held various leadership roles in enterprise sales and product marketing. Specializing in programmatic media buying solutions and consumer privacy, Sakshi has been at the forefront of developing innovative strategies that drive business growth and ensure user transparency and compliance with how people’s data is being used.
In her role as CMO Tribela, Sakshi brings a wealth of expertise in strategic consulting, market analysis, and enterprise technology solutions, coupled with a thorough understanding of the regulatory landscape. Her insights and guidance are instrumental in helping organizations navigate complex challenges in the evolving consumer privacy and the trust / transparency space.
Prior to working in tech, Sakshi spent five years in strategy consulting at L.E.K. Consulting, primarily advising private equity clients on market entry and acquisition strategy. Sakshi earned a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University in 2007 and an M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley in 2012.
Marketing
Rachel Bautista is a results-driven marketer, specializing at the intersection of brand and product marketing across the tech industry. As an engineer turned marketer, she offers a unique blend of strategic and analytical thinking with a deep appreciation of consumer behavior and creativity. She currently works as an advisor, utilising her 20+ yrs of experience to help early-stage businesses develop more innovative and customer-focused marketing and product strategies that drive results. Prior to her advisory work, she was Head of Marketing at Meta, where she built, scaled, and drove partner marketing efforts across APAC, LATAM, and MEA regions that contributed to growing user bases from 0 to 100M. She has also led integrated marketing efforts for Visa’s emerging and flagship products, strategic partnerships and Olympics sponsorships that had significant impact on brand metrics and payment volume. She holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, and an MBA from Cornell University.
Team Lead
Marit Brademann blends social science and digital design to lead Tribela’s ethical design initiatives. Currently a philosophy graduate student, she ensures the platform embodies core values like agency, equality, and privacy while empowering users through safe digital experiences.

Britt Smith brings over a decade of experience in branding and social media strategy to Tribela. She specializes in building creator networks and meaningful communities that drive engagement, fostering loyalty and growth for digital platforms.
Head of Education and Community
Lindsay is an experienced educator with 15 years of expertise teaching Chemistry and Psychology across national and international curricula, including the International and European Baccalaureates. A qualified teacher with degrees from Oxford and Nottingham, she has since transitioned to roles in careers education, including co-founding an AI-focused start-up and her own business connecting communities with schools.
Advisor – Cybersecurity
Alen Beganovic brings 20+ years of cybersecurity expertise to Tribela, ensuring the platform remains a safe space for users. His guidance on secure digital infrastructures is key to protecting teens from online threats.
Advisor - Oxford University, AI Ethics and Children
June is an experienced academic researcher at Oxford University, specializing in the interaction between human and AI systems. Their research explores the impact of algorithmic systems on everyday life, with a focus on families and young children. Using a human-centered approach, Jun employs both quantitative and qualitative methods to understand user needs and design AI-driven solutions that align with human values.
